WEICON Easy-Mix HT 180 Epoxid-Klebstoff 50 ml

WEICON Easy-Mix HT 180 ist ein 2-Komponenten Klebstoff auf Epoxidharz-Basis und hat eine hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit bis +180°C (+356°F); kurzfristig bis +230°C (+446°F).
Der Klebstoff ist hochviskos und standfest und eignet sich auch für vertikale Anwendungen.
Er ist stoß- und schlagfest, verfügt über eine lange Topfzeit, härtet bei Raumtemperatur, ist mechanisch bearbeitbar und seine speziellen Füllstoffe ermöglichen eine konstante Klebefuge.
Der Klebstoff eignet sich speziell für die Verklebung von Verbundwerkstoffen und Metall und ist im nicht ausgehärteten Zustand punktschweißfähig.
Darüber hinaus kann Easy-Mix HT 180 an Kunststoffen, Keramik, Glas, Stein oder Holz zum Einsatz kommen und eignet sich für Verklebungen, bei denen größere Toleranzen überbrückt werden müssen.
Durch spezielle Füllstoffe wird eine konstante und prozesssichere Klebefuge von min.
0,20 - 0,25 mm erreicht.
Die hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit ermöglicht das Verkleben von Bauteilen, die nach vollständiger Durchhärtung anschließend thermolackiert (pulverbeschichtet) werden.
